Shipping Charges and Tracking

Shipping charges are calculated according to the delivery destination and are displayed at checkout.

All orders are shipped using a tracked service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Duties and Taxes

Any taxes or duties collected by TiWorks will be shown at checkout.

Where duties, taxes or customs handling charges are not collected at checkout, the recipient may be required to pay them directly to the local customs authority or delivery carrier.

Shipping Address

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because the address provided was incomplete or incorrect.

Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders

  • Any item is missing from your order.

Please include your order number and, where relevant, clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and products received.

We will review the issue and work with the delivery carrier where necessary to provide an appropriate resolution.
