These Terms of Service apply to your use of the TiWorks website and to purchases made through our online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and Compatibility

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices and images are accurate.

Before ordering, please check the required thread diameter, pitch, length, head type and intended installation position. Where a product page lists compatibility with a particular bicycle or component model, that information applies only to the models and generations stated.

Anodised, polished and other surface finishes may show minor variations between production batches. Colours may also appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and screen settings. These reasonable variations do not affect your rights where a product is materially different from its description.

Please contact us before installation if you are uncertain about sizing or compatibility.

2. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase products from TiWorks. An automated order confirmation means that we have received your order, but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation.

Before dispatch, we may cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable;
• There is an obvious pricing or listing error;
• Payment cannot be authorised;
• We cannot deliver to the address provided; or
• We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.

If we cancel a paid order, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Product prices, shipping charges, taxes and available payment methods are shown at checkout before payment. We may change prices before an order is placed, but changes will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.

3. Shipping, Returns and Privacy

Please review these policies before placing an order. Where a policy specifically addresses a particular issue, that policy will apply, subject to applicable consumer law.

4. Installation and Use

You are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for its intended application before installation.

Products should be installed using appropriate tools, suitable torque values and the relevant bicycle or component manufacturer’s instructions. Safety-critical components should be installed or checked by a suitably qualified bicycle mechanic.

Damage caused by incorrect sizing, incompatible fitment, excessive torque, modification, misuse or improper installation is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Nothing in this section limits your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe or not as described.

5. Third-Party Brands

References to bicycle, component and equipment brands are used only to identify compatibility or intended application.

All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, TiWorks is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by or sponsored by Shimano, SRAM, Magura or any other third-party brand mentioned on this website.

6. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The TiWorks name, logo, website design, product photographs, graphics and written content are owned by or licensed to TiWorks.

You may not reproduce, sell, commercially exploit or distribute this content without prior written permission.

You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, collect data without authorisation or use false information to place an order.

7. Liability and Consumer Rights

We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted or completely free from technical errors.

To the extent permitted by law, TiWorks is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, faulty goods or products that are not as described.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change.

The Terms in force when you place an order will normally apply to that purchase. Any updated version will be published on this page.

9. Governing Law and Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live outside England and Wales, any mandatory consumer protections available in your country or region remain unaffected.
